Protect it. A stain voids the manufacturer’s warranty and the 100-night exchange. When bought at the same time, an Excelsior protector also covers stains on the mattress for 10 years.
Your Levis is 9 in: it needs an Excelsior protector in standard fit (up to 11.5 in). When bought at the same time, it also covers stains on the mattress for 10 years.
The Levis isn’t on display. To get a sense of its feel, try the Ricardo, the firmest of our display models. The 100 nights apply to the Levis just like the other models.
What if the comfort isn’t right for me?
Sleep on it for at least 30 nights. If the feel isn’t right, exchange it once for another model in the collection, up to the 100th night. Allow $79 for transport. A pricier model: you pay the difference; a cheaper one: the difference is given as store credit. There are no refunds under the comfort exchange program (your legal rights still apply), and a stained or soiled mattress cannot be exchanged.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
The manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects and sagging beyond its tolerance for 5 years (prorated warranty) from delivery. The warranty is void if the mattress is stained, soiled or unsanitary, or if it has been folded, wet or used without proper support. Your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, including the warranty of reasonable durability, also apply.
How long does a rolled mattress take to get back into shape?
It unrolls in a few minutes and reaches its full thickness in 24 hours. The construction, the pocket coils and the warranty are the same as a mattress delivered flat; it’s just easier to take home in a car.
Do I have to buy the mattress protector?
No, it’s not required and you can bring your own. We strongly recommend it: a stain voids the manufacturer’s warranty and the comfort exchange. The Québec legal warranty always applies.
Since 5 October 2026, the law covers your major appliances for 5 or 6 years, and televisions for 4 years. It is free, and it applies on top of anything the manufacturer offers.
The law requires the manufacturer and the merchant to warrant that this good can be used for 1 years from its delivery. This warranty is free of charge.
If the good malfunctions during the warranty period, you may contact the manufacturer and/or the merchant. They must repair it free of charge.

The warranty of proper working order applies: 6, 5 or 4 years depending on the appliance, free of charge.
Other free warranties you also have
This warranty is granted automatically by the Consumer Protection Act. The Act also grants you other free warranties — among them, the right to expect that the good can be used normally for a reasonable length of time (sections 37 and 38). Those may apply both during and after the warranty of proper working order.

Installation Service: We provide installation services for washers and dryers for $60. For other appliances, installation is not offered directly by BonPrix Électroménagers. However, your representative can recommend trusted professionals who can assist you. Please note that this service is not included, and pricing will be arranged directly with the professional.
Collection of Old Appliances: We also offer old appliance collection services. This option is available for each appliance you would like removed.
If you prefer to transport your appliances yourself, simply inform your representative at the time of purchase. They will explain the pickup process, which may vary depending on the store location. If your appliance is available in stock, same-day pickup may be possible. Otherwise, additional ordering time may be required.
If your BonPrix Electroménagers branch has the appliance you need in stock, we can deliver it as early as the next day. If the branch does not have the appliance in stock, and your sales advisor places the order, please expect a delay of three to four business days
