1Do BonPrix Électroménagers products have a warranty?

All our products have a 1 year warranty.

2Does BonPrix Électroménagers deliver?

These are our rates:

  • Less than 30 km$60
  • More than 30 km$60 + $2/km
  • Quebec City$200 + taxes
  • Toronto (GTA)$250 + taxes per product
  • Ottawa, Gatineau and Sherbrooke$150 + taxes per product
3Can I pick up my appliance?

Yes, you can pick up your product in one of our 3 stores:

4Does BonPrix Électroménagers install the appliances?

We only offer washer/dryer installation: $60 + tax.

Installation can only be applied with the purchase of washer and dryer hoses, if necessary.

5Will BonPrix Électroménagers collect my old appliance?

We offer a pickup service for $20 plus tax per item; the appliance must be disconnected at the time of pickup.

6Did your appliance arrive with a problem or are you dissatisfied with your purchase?

8Does BonPrix Électroménagers sell used products?

Some products are used or refurbished, but this is indicated in the product condition at the time of purchase and before shipping.

9How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If the product is in stock, shipping can be completed within 48 hours (depending on the delivery area).

Out-of-stock items may take up to 20 business days to arrive in store, depending on the website. Other items may experience delays depending on supplier availability, but we will track your order throughout the purchase process.
