How it works

  1. Choose your storeThe after-sales team of the store where you bought follows up on your file.
  2. Describe the problemModel, invoice number and what happened: the more detail, the faster we can help.
  3. Your store contacts youThe SAV team replies by email or phone. Photos? Simply reply to that email with them attached.
