• Over 30 km: $60 + $2/km + taxes based on the distance from the selected branch.
• Quebec City: $200 + taxes (doorstep delivery by a third-party carrier, approximately 2–3 days with tracking).
• Ottawa, Gatineau & Sherbrooke: $150 + taxes per product (scheduled deliveries on the 15th of each month).
• Toronto (GTA): $250 + taxes per product (scheduled deliveries on the 15th of each month).

Installation Service:
We provide installation services for washers and dryers for $60. For other appliances, installation is not offered directly by BonPrix Électroménagers. However, your representative can recommend trusted professionals who can assist you. Please note that this service is not included, and pricing will be arranged directly with the professional.

Collection of Old Appliances:
We also offer old appliance collection services. This option is available for each appliance you would like removed.

If you prefer to transport your appliances yourself, simply inform your representative at the time of purchase. They will explain the pickup process, which may vary depending on the store location. If your appliance is available in stock, same-day pickup may be possible. Otherwise, additional ordering time may be required.
